Do not confuse being allergic with being irritated by conventional cosmetics!

You can be allergic to anything and everything without questioning the quality of care. For example, my chemist is allergic to coffee, which is nevertheless a natural product.

On the other hand, your sensitive skin can be irritated by very irritating preservatives such as BHT, BHA or foaming agents such as SLS. They are found in shower gels or toothpaste, for example. Moreover, they are not good for the environment.

A quick reminder : foam does not clean. This is a false belief relayed by marketing!

To protect yourself,

• Buy natural care and look at the list of ingredients!
• ALWAYS do a test even with your natural care to rule out any risk of allergy.

(put a drop of the product in the bend of the elbow and wait 24 hours. If you feel redness, discomfort, do not use the product!)
