Cold process saponification
Ancestral artisan process under 40°C. Unlike industrial manufacturing (>100°C), this gentle process:
- Preserves all oil properties (vitamins, antioxidants)

- Requires minimum 6-week cure
- Produces superfatted soap that nourishes during cleansing

EVENING ONLY (2nd step of double cleanse)

1- After massaging DELA cleansing oil on dry face
2- Wet your hands with lukewarm water
3- Rub soap between palms to create creamy lather
4- Gently massage your oiled face with lather in circular motions
- Soap emulsifies cleansing oil
- Massage 30-60 seconds
5- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
6- Pat dry with clean towel (without rubbing)

Can I use this soap alone without cleansing oil?
No, not in the evening. For dry skin, cleansing oil must ALWAYS be the 1st step to dissolve makeup, pollution and fatty impurities. Soap then emulsifies oil and completes gentle cleansing. Without oil, soap alone would be less effective on stubborn makeup.

I don't wear makeup, should I still double cleanse?
YES! Urban pollution, sunscreen, excess sebum and dead cells are fatty substances. Only oil dissolves them effectively. Soap alone isn't enough for truly clean skin.

I work out, should I double cleanse after my session?
If you train in the evening, yes. Sweat mixed with impurities and pollution requires complete double cleanse (oil + soap). If you work out morning or afternoon, simply rinse with water and save double cleanse for evening ritual.

Does this soap lather well?
Yes! It produces creamy, gentle lather despite 100% natural formulation. Lather isn't as abundant as industrial soaps (which contain synthetic foaming agents), but it's gentler and more respectful of your skin.

Does soap dry out skin?
No. Precisely the opposite! This soap is 8% superfatted and cold processed. It preserves your skin's protective film and nourishes during cleansing. Unlike industrial soaps that strip, this one respects dry skin balance.

What is 8% superfatting?
Superfatting means 8% of oils are NOT transformed into soap during saponification. These free oils remain in soap to nourish your skin during cleansing. It's the secret to comfort without tightness.

Why cold process and not industrial?

How to store my soap?
On a draining soap dish or in cotton bag (if purchased) so it dries completely between uses. Soap that stays wet softens and melts faster. Well stored, it keeps its hardness and lasts 3-4 months.

How long does soap last?
Approximately 3-4 months with daily evening use (double cleanse ritual). Cold process soap is denser and lasts longer than industrial soaps.

Can I use this soap in the morning?
No. In the morning, your skin doesn't need harsh cleansing. Simply spray DELA toner to rebalance pH, then apply serum. Double cleanse (oil + soap) is reserved for evening ritual.

Can I use this soap if I'm pregnant?
Yes, without restriction. This soap contains no essential oils. Perfectly suitable for pregnant and nursing women.
