EVENING (after cleansing oil)
① Wet the soap and your hands
② Lather between palms (the foam will be creamy and smooth)
③ Gently massage your still-oiled face - the soap emulsifies the oil and deep cleanses
④ Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
⑤ Pat dry with a clean towel
⑥ Continue with NOUR toner
Frequency: Evening only (in the morning, use only toner)

No. If you feel tightness, you're probably rubbing too hard or using water that's too hot. Massage gently and rinse with lukewarm water.
On a draining soap dish so it dries completely between uses. Avoid letting it sit in standing water. It will last much longer.
